EveryMatrix Brand Guidelines

This project involved building a complete brand guideline system for EveryMatrix in 2022, starting from an existing visual identity that lacked formal rules.

The result was a clear, scalable brandbook that aligned teams, simplified collaboration, and ensured consistent brand expression across digital, print, and physical applications.

The system remained actively in use through 2025 and was designed as a strong,
flexible foundation serving as a reliable blueprint for future iterations and evolutions of the brand.

The EveryMatrix logo system was formalized to ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability across all brand touchpoints. Starting from an existing logo without usage rules, I defined clear standards for construction,
spacing, minimum sizes, colour variants, and correct applications.
The guidelines ensure the logo remains legible, balanced, and recognizable across digital products,
marketing materials, and physical applications, while preventing misuse and visual fragmentation.

A structured color system was created to bring consistency across the core brand and its product ecosystem.
Each product received a dedicated color identity, supported by precise HEX, RGB, CMYK, and Pantone values.
Clear rules were established for background usage, contrast, and color combinations, ensuring accessibility, visual coherence, and brand recognition across platforms.

The typography system was designed to support clarity, hierarchy, and a modern technical tone.
A primary typeface was defined for brand communication and marketing,
supported by a secondary typeface for internal documents and presentations.
Usage rules were introduced to maintain consistency across layouts, digital interfaces,
and corporate materials, reinforcing a clean and professional brand voice.

A cohesive icon system was developed to support clear visual communication across products and interfaces.
Icons follow a unified visual language, with consistent proportions, outlines,
and detailing to ensure immediate recognition and usability.
Guidelines were established to prevent duplication, inconsistency, or ad-hoc icon creation,
keeping the visual system scalable and easy to maintain

A full set of corporate templates was designed to standardize everyday communication materials,
including email signatures, presentations, and business documents.
These templates ensure brand consistency while remaining practical and easy to use by internal teams,
reducing design friction and maintaining a polished, professional appearance across all official communications.

Branded merchandise guidelines were created to ensure the logo and color system translate correctly to physical products. From apparel to accessories, rules were defined for placement, sizing, and color usage.
The resulting brandbook became an active operational tool used across departments, establishing clarity, alignment, and long-term scalability.
The framework also provided a solid foundation for future brand evolution and iterations.
